A Gold Savings Plan lets you save a fixed amount regularly over a chosen duration. Your savings, along with applicable bonus, can be redeemed towards purchasing gold or silver jewellery once the plan matures.

Go to the Saving Plan page from the menu, choose a plan that suits you, and click "Join This Plan". You must be logged in to join. Once joined, the plan appears in your Account dashboard.

Each plan has a minimum and maximum installment amount shown on the plan card. You can pay any amount within that range for each installment, based on the plan's installment frequency (e.g. monthly).

Select plans offer a bonus percentage on your total savings, up to the bonus limit defined for that plan. The bonus is added to your savings value and helps you get more towards your jewellery purchase.

Yes, plans with a discount percentage give you a price benefit when you redeem your saved amount against a jewellery purchase, in addition to any applicable bonus.

Plans marked "Auto Debit Available" let you set up automatic deduction of your installment amount each cycle, so you never miss a payment. You can also log payments manually from your Account dashboard.

Once your plan completes its full duration, your total invested amount plus any bonus becomes available to redeem against gold or silver jewellery purchases. Our support team will help you complete the redemption.

If you need to close your plan early, please contact our customer support team. They will guide you through the early closure process and explain how it affects any bonus earned.

Yes, you can join multiple savings plans at the same time. Each plan is tracked separately in your Account dashboard along with its own installment history.
