These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Magizh Gold website and services ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or placing an order on Magizh Gold, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
To use our services, you must register using a valid mobile number, which is verified through a One-Time Password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and OTP confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age, or hold the consent of a parent/legal guardian, to register and transact on the Platform.
2. Products, Pricing & Purity
All gold and silver jewellery listed on Magizh Gold is subject to availability and is sold based on prevailing gold/silver rates, making charges, wastage and applicable taxes (GST) at the time of order confirmation. Prices and metal rates displayed on the Platform may change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure that the purity and hallmarking details displayed for each product are accurate.
3. Orders & Payments
An order is confirmed only after successful payment and order verification. We accept payments through the secure payment methods made available on the Platform. In case of any payment failure after a deduction, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within the standard banking timelines.
4. Gold & Silver Savings Plans
Magizh Gold offers savings plans that allow you to deposit fixed instalments over a chosen tenure at prevailing gold/silver rates. Savings plan terms, including tenure, instalment amount, and maturity benefits, are as displayed at the time of enrolment. Accumulated savings can be redeemed towards jewellery purchases on the Platform, subject to the specific plan's terms. Premature withdrawal or cancellation of a savings plan, where permitted, may be subject to the conditions specified for that plan.
5. KYC Requirements
In line with regulatory guidance applicable to gold purchase and savings schemes, we may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification — including a valid ID such as PAN or Aadhaar — before processing certain orders, savings plan enrolments, or redemptions.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timelines communicated at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product availability. All jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation, return and refund requests are accepted as per the policy communicated for each product/order at the time of purchase. Customised or made-to-order jewellery may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard banking timelines.
8. Referral Program
Users may share their unique referral code with others. Referral rewards, where applicable, are credited as per the terms of the referral program active at the time and may be modified or withdrawn by us at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including images, designs, logos and text, is the property of Magizh Gold or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we take every reasonable measure to ensure accuracy of product information, pricing and metal rates, Magizh Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform, except as required under applicable law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable law. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
